Day 01: Nairobi – Wildlife, Conservation & Cultural Beginnings

Your journey begins in Nairobi, where urban life meets wild nature in a uniquely Kenyan way.

Start your day with a visit to Nairobi National Park, the only national park in the world located within a capital city. Here, you may spot lions, rhinos, giraffes, and other wildlife against the backdrop of the city skyline.

Continue to the David Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, where orphaned elephants are cared for before being reintroduced into the wild. This experience offers a powerful introduction to conservation in Kenya.

You then visit the Giraffe Centre, where you come up close with endangered Rothschild giraffes in a calm and educational setting.

Lunch is enjoyed at Talisman Restaurant, known for its fresh, locally sourced ingredients and tranquil garden setting—your first taste of Kenya’s farm-to-table philosophy.

In the afternoon, visit the historic Karen Blixen Museum, gaining insight into Kenya’s colonial history and literary heritage.

As evening settles in, you return to your hotel for rest, easing into the rhythm of slow travel.

Day 02: Farm-to-Table Experience – Organic Living & Sensory Connection

After breakfast, journey into Kenya’s countryside for an immersive organic farm experience at Mlango Farm.

Here, you are introduced to sustainable farming practices, seasonal harvesting, and the philosophy of eating directly from the land. You may participate in harvesting ingredients, preparing meals, or simply walking through the gardens, reconnecting with the origins of food.

Later, continue to a sensory tea farm experience, where you explore tea through taste, aroma, and mindful appreciation, deepening your connection to Kenya’s agricultural heritage.

In the evening, return to Nairobi for dinner at Carnivore Restaurant, offering a vibrant and iconic dining experience.

Day 03: Nairobi to Naivasha – Mount Longonot Hike & Deep Nature Connection

After breakfast, depart Nairobi and journey toward Lake Naivasha, passing through the scenic Great Rift Valley.

Upon arrival, begin your hike up Mount Longonot, one of Kenya’s most striking volcanic landscapes. The experience is intentionally unhurried, allowing you to move at your own pace, pause for breath, and take in the sweeping views across the Rift Valley.

Reaching the crater rim offers a rewarding sense of accomplishment, with panoramic views that make the journey worthwhile. This is a moment to fully connect with the land, the silence, and your own rhythm.

After descending, you transfer to your lodge in Lake Naivasha for a well-deserved rest.

The remainder of the day is left open for recovery. You may choose to relax, enjoy the lakeside setting, or simply unwind after the hike.

The evening is calm and restorative, allowing your body to reset after the day’s physical activity.

Day 04: Cycling Tour, Boat Trip & Walking Safari

The morning begins slowly, giving your body time to rest and recover from the previous day’s hike. You may choose to sleep in, enjoy a relaxed breakfast, or spend quiet time by the lake.

In the afternoon, head to Hell’s Gate National Park for a cycling experience through dramatic cliffs, gorges, and open plains. Moving at your own pace, you take in the landscape in a more immersive and personal way.

After your cycling experience, continue with a peaceful boat ride on Lake Naivasha, gliding past hippos and birdlife in a calm and reflective setting.

You then visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari, where you move quietly among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes, experiencing wildlife on foot in a safe and intimate environment.

You return to your lodge in the evening, where the day gently comes to a close in a peaceful lakeside atmosphere.

Day 05: Lake Nakuru National Park – Wildlife & Scenic Beauty

After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru National Park, one of Kenya’s most iconic parks known for its rich birdlife and rhino population.

Enjoy a game drive through the park, where you may encounter rhinos, lions, buffalo, and a wide variety of bird species.

The landscapes here are equally captivating, with acacia woodlands, open plains, and the shimmering lake creating a serene yet vibrant setting.

After your exploration, return to Naivasha for your final overnight stay.

Day 06: Return to Nairobi – Reflection & Departure

Your final morning begins slowly with breakfast and time to take in the last views of the lake.

You then journey back to Nairobi, reflecting on the experiences of the past days—nature, food, and cultural connection.

Upon arrival, you are transferred to the airport for your departure.

For those wishing to extend their journey, an optional beach extension to Kenya’s coast offers the perfect continuation of rest and relaxation.
