Day 01: Nairobi To Aberdare National Park
Drive from Nairobi to Aberdare National Park, a forested Park located in the central Kenya. Arrival and check in at Treetops Lodge for lunch. Afternoon game drives to spot wildlife including elephants, leopards, hyenas, bushbucks and others. There are various bird species like crowned eagles, sunbirds and others. Return back to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight stay.
Day 02: Aberdare National Park To Lake Nakuru National Park
Check out after breakfast for your drive to Lake Nakuru, famous for its pink flamingos. Arrival at Lake Nakuru Lodge for lunch while preparing for your afternoon game drive. Game drive in the park to spot lions, buffalos, zebras, hyenas, bird species like the flamingos and pelicans. Visit the rhino sanctuary to see both the black and white rhino. Also you will have to visit the Makalia waterfall for some stunning views and photos. Return back to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 03: Lake Nakuru National Park To Maasai Mara National Reserve
Check out for your drive to Maasai Mara passing via the Great Rift Valley, renowned for its abundant wildlife and vast savannah landscapes. Arrival and check in at your lodge. Afternoon game drive to spot the big five (buffalo, rhino, leopard, elephant, lion), hyenas, cheetahs and others. Enjoy a drink at your lodge while enjoying a clear view of the sunset. Dinner and Overnight stay at Mara Simba.
Day 04: Full Day Maasai Mara National Reserve
Enjoy a heart-warming breakfast, ready to spend a full day exploring the reserves wildlife and landscapes. Morning game drive to spot lions, cheetahs and leopards when they are usually active hunting. Spot the big five and various bird species. Optional hot air balloon ride. Enjoy a picnic lunch. Embark on an afternoon game drive to continue exploring the reserve. Visit to the Mara river to see the hippos and crocodiles, enjoying the stunning views and have photos. Spend the evening visiting the maasai villages, interact with them and learn on their culture and customs. Return back to your lodge sharing your experience for the day, later dinner and overnight stay.
Day 05: Maasai Mara National Reserve To Nairobi – Flight To Zanzibar
Check out from Maasai Mara to Nairobi for your flight to Zanzibar. Transfer to Beach hotel, have lunch. Enjoy the white-sand beaches and turquoise waters in Nungwi. Have kite surfing and water sports in Paje. Relaxation at your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 06: Stone Tour & Spice Tour
Have a heart-warming breakfast later have guided walks to Old Fort, House of Wonders and Sultan’s palace. Have lunch at the Beach hotel. Spend the afternoon visiting the spice farm, whereby here you will learn and have a taste of local spices. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 07: Beach Relaxation And Water Activities
Enjoy a relaxing day at the beach. Snorkelling or diving at Mnemba Atoll. Enjoy local cuisines for lunch at the beach. Afternoon boat trip at the Prison Island to see giant tortoises. Return back to the hotel enjoying a drink while sharing your experiences for the day. Dinner and overnight stay at Beach hotel.
Day 08: Jozani Forest Walk & Cultural Experiences
Breakfast and later have walks at the forest. See rare red colobus monkeys and nature trails through mangroves and forest. Enjoy a picnic lunch. Afternoon visit to the local villages, taste Swahili cuisine. Traditional sailing boat with music and drinks as you watch the sunset. Dinner and overnight stay at beach hotel.
Day 09: Departure
Breakfast and check out at the hotel. Transfer to Kilimanjaro airport for departure.
